►  Orson Welles' film noir masterpiece celebrates a home entertainment milestone with the release of the Touch of Evil - 50th Anniversary Edition DVD on October 7, 2008 from Universal Studios Home Entertainment. For the first time on DVD, audiences can experience this cinematic achievement as never before: All three versions of the film including the preview version, the theatrical version and the restored version based on Welles' vision, contained on one two-disc set.
October 14th
► Following the October 4 conclusion of Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman’s epic motorcycle adventure original cable TV series, "Long Way Down," on Fox Reality Channel, EMI America Records will release a 3-DVD special edition collection of the 10-episode series that adds more than two hours of additional footage shot during the series’ production and one hour of newly shot extra footage.  Also included is “The Missing Face,” a documentary of McGregor and Boorman’s first trip to Africa.  The collection, to be released October 14, offers fans a behind-the-scenes tour of the expedition that was built on spontaneous opportunities, new memories, and friendship.

October 21st
All Together Now is a documentary directed by Adrian Wills on The Beatles/Cirque du Soleil production of LOVE, is out today on DVD. The film features interviews with Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, Yoko Ono, Sir George Martin and more.
