NBC - 121st Tournament of Roses Parade
NBC's live, high-definition coverage of the "121st Tournament of Roses Parade" from Pasadena, California will feature heroic pilot Captain Chesley Sullenberger as this year's Grand Marshal. The parade, whose theme this year will be "A Cut Above The Rest," will feature all the lavish floral floats, spectacular marching bands and high-stepping equestrian teams that have made the New Year's Day event so popular. This year's Rose Queen and her court will also appear, along with special guests on spectacular floats, all paying tribute to everyday heroes. NBC has been broadcasting the New Year's Day parade for 83 years, beginning on radio in 1927 and then televising the event beginning in 1954. Airs Friday January 1 from 11 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Food Network - Super Chef Battle: An Iron Chef America Event
Food Network stars Mario Batali, Bobby Flay and Emeril Lagasse travel to the White House to take part in an unprecedented culinary competition in Super Chef Battle, a special two-hour episode of Iron Chef America. Greeted by First Lady Michelle Obama, the chefs are joined by White House Executive Chef Cristeta Comerford and receive their challenge: create a meal for America using The White House Kitchen Garden's produce as their secret ingredients. The special episode premieres Sunday, January 3rd at 8pm ET/PT.
Worst Cooks in America - See 12 of the most hopeless cooks compete in a high stakes competition series for a chance to improve their cooking skills and win $25,000. Premieres Sunday, January 3rd at 10pm ET/PT.

TLC - Manhattan Marriage Project with Gino Filippone
The Empire State Building is not only one of New York's most iconic images, but it also happens to be one of the most popular places in America to get hitched. Gino Filipone - part minister, part wedding planner and part therapist - performs over 200 weddings a year and is all about creating the perfect wedding experience for his clients. On the 55th floor of the Empire State building, Gino has created a chapel with spectacular views of the city and romance galore. In the end, strange requests, unique vows, and quick hitches make every day fascinating when you are getting Married in Manhattan. Series premiere on January 8 at 10PM.

Spike TV - Blue Mountain State
"Blue Mountain State" is a half-hour scripted comedy series that follows three incoming freshman attending college football powerhouse, Blue Mountain State University. The series stars former NFL running back and veteran actor, Ed Marinaro as the coach, Darin Brooks as the talented quarterback who is content to ride the bench while partying with his best friend, played by Chris Romano and Sam Jones III as the school’s top recruit and future NFL pro. Premieres Tuesday, January 12 at 10 PM, ET/PT .

TNT - Southland
John Cooper (Michael Cudlitz - A River Runs Through It) is a veteran cop assigned to train young rookie Ben Sherman (Ben McKenzie - The O.C.). Cooper attacks his job with a no-nonsense firmness that sometimes leaves Sherman wondering if he’s really cut out to be a cop. Premieres Tuesday, January 12 at 10 p.m. (ET/PT).

USA Network - American Character Along Highway 50
USA Network and legendary journalist Tom Brokaw have set out to capture the changing face of a nation in the documentary "American Character Along Highway 50." As he traverses the 12 states along this 3000 mile transcontinental road, beginning on the eastern shore of Maryland and making his way west to California, Brokaw is documenting the lives of the Americans he encounters, exploring the profound economic, political and cultural changes they are experiencing during these uncertain, and particularly historic, times. As Brokaw journeys from big cities to small towns across the country, he will present stories of hardship and hope and chronicle an America on the threshold of a new era. Airs on Martin Luther King Day, January 18, 2010.
