Contessa Brewer is an Anchor on Early Today and MSNBCTV.
Brewer is a magna cum laude graduate of the S.I. Newhouse
School of Public Communications
at Syracuse University, where she holds a bachelor of science
in broadcast journalism. Brewer previously anchored weekend
nightly newscasts for WTMJ-TV in Milwaukee, Wis. She also
served as an anchor and reporter for Palm Springs, Calif. |
| Christina Brown - MSNBC anchor. Brown joined MSNBC in
July 2007. Before working at MSNBC, Brown spent five years
as an anchor and reporter at KTNV, in Las Vegas, Nevada,
but Brown's career began in the military. Brown joined the
United States Air Force and spent two years as a military
broadcaster, reporting for American Forces Network, from
Kadena Air Base in Okinawa, Japan |
Tucker Carlson - MSNBC Anchor, "Tucker" Carlson
joined MSNBC in February 2005 from CNN,
where he was the youngest anchor in the history of CNN.
There, he hosted a number of shows and specials, including
Crossfire. During the same period, Carlson also hosted a
weekly public affairs program on PBS, Tucker Carlson: Unfiltered.

Chris Jansing - MSNBC Anchor & NBC News Correspondent.
Jansing joined NBC News in June 1998 as an NBC News correspondent
and anchor for MSNBC. Jansing covered September 11th as
the events unfolded. Jansing reported on the Pope's March
2000 pilgrimage to the Holy Land live from Jerusalem for
MSNBC and extensively
covered the 2000 Election from Tallahassee, FL also for
MSNBC. In addition to working at MSNBC, Jansing's duties
include work as a correspondent for "Dateline NBC"
and as a substitute anchor for "Weekend Today"
and the Sunday edition of "NBC Nightly News."

Chris Matthews - MSNBC "Hardball" Anchor. Matthews
has famed himself as a broadcast journalist, newspaper bureau
chief,Presidential speechwriter, and best-selling author.
Matthews covered the collapse of the Berlin Wall, thefirst
all-races election in South
Africa and the Good Friday Peace Talks in Northern Ireland.
In 1997 and 1998, his digging in the National Archives produced
a series of San Francisco Examiner scoops on the Nixon presidential
tapes. Matthews has also covered American presidential campaigns
since 1988. |
Keith Olbermann - MSNBC Anchor, "Countdown with
Keith Olbermann". Olbermann began his career with NBC
in 1997, when he was anchor for NBC Sports, hosting the
World Series and Major League Baseball's All-Star Game,
andcontributing to coverage
of the Super Bowl. During that time he was also host of
two news programs on MSNBC, "The Big Show," and
"White House In Crisis." Olbermann returned to
MSNBC in 2003 as a substitute host on "Nachman"
and an anchor for MSNBC's coverage of the war in Iraq before
launching "Countdown" in April of 2003.

Amy Robach - MSNBC Anchor. Robach joined MSNBC in September
of 2003. During her time here, she has anchoredcoverage
of events including the War in Iraq,Hurricane Katrina, and
the 2004 Presidential Election. Robach traveled to
Washington, D.C. to cover both President Bush's 2nd Inauguration
and the Funeral of President Ronald Reagan. In addition
to her anchoring duties, Robach regularly appears on "Imus
in the Morning" and is a newsreader on both Today and
Weekend Today. |

Alison Stewart - MSNBC anchor, "The Most" Every

Alex Witt - MSNBC anchor and correspondent. Witt joined
MSNBC in January 1999 and has also anchored several MSNBC
shows including "Morning Line," "Morning
Blend," "Home Page," and "MSNBC Adventurer".
Witt substituteanchors weekday primetime telecasts including
"Countdown with KeithOlbermann" and "Scarborough
Country". Witt anchored a week of primetime shows
in the wake of the Asian Tsunami in 2004, and has covered
a variety of stories including the 2000 and 2004 presidential
elections, the California gubernatorial election electing
Arnold Schwarzenegger in 2003, the terror attacks on America
on September 11, and the war on terrorism in the Middle
