Brooke Knows Best

Last season Brooke turned 19, left home and began to live on her own for the first time. This new season continues to focus on Brooke's new life: her posh Miami pad with best friends and roommates Glenn and Ashley and her hopes to make it big as a musician.

But this season also shows how Brooke is coping with her broken family. With her various family members having challenges of their own, Brooke has become the rock of the family. Always a daddy's girl, Brooke and Hulk grow even closer this season as he grapples with the fallout from his divorce and Nick's car accident. Along with his new perspective on life, Hulk also has a new girlfriend.. Brooke, in a big role reversal, must make sure the new love interest is worthy of Hulk. Brooke also has to cope with a strained relationship with mother Linda.

Brooke and her roommates are also all looking for that special someone. In one show, the girls and Glenn (who is gay) all try to walk a mile in each other's shoes by each dating girls. Later in the season, the trio go to Glenn's hometown in Michigan as he confronts old friends and family who now know that he's gay. In another episode, Brooke and Ashley get stranded at sea after accepting a fee to appear on a rich men's yacht.

Charm School 3

Headmistress Ricki Lake is shaking things up on this season of Charm School. For the first time ever the halls of Charm School will be filled with charming wannabes from two dating shows, Rock of Love Bus and Real Chance of Love.

You've seen the Of Love Girls do a lot of things. You've seen them get drunk and do lap dances, fight, kick, scream, and throw pieces of uncooked meat at one another, kiss and tell and cause all kinds of trouble. But there's one thing you've never seen any of them do...perform a selfless act.

Charm School was opened to change all of that. Its mission has always been to make empowered, independent ladies out of troublesome, unproper young ladies. Unfortunately, many former students have gone astray: Charm School's first winner is in prison and the second winner is a VIP "Hostess" at a Vegas nightclub.

So, in the third installment of Charm School, it's time for a change in curriculum. Ricki and her capable deans, Lala, MTV VJ and host of VH1's reunion shows, and Stryker radio personality and co-host of Love Line, will nurture and motivate these girls to become the self-sufficient, refined and respectable young ladies they are all capable of being. While working on themselves, the girls will also be helping to make the world a better place.

Over the course of 10 weeks, they'll participate in lessons and tests designed to enrich their own lives and prepare them to be more responsible, productive, and charitable members of society. They'll help build playgrounds in an inner city neighborhood, clean up the LA River, Fundraise for worthy causes, and much, much more.

In the Final Exam, the girls will face the biggest Charm School test yet...helping with the rebuilding efforts in the 9th Ward of New Orleans. With hurricane Katrina still one of the biggest natural disasters ever to hit this country, can the girls handle the amount of work that will need to be done. How selfless have they really become?

Will the Charm School class be able to save themselves and do their part to help the world?

New York Goes To Work

Many acting hopefuls are forced to pick up a side job while trying to make it big. Tiffany Pollard, aka New York, is no exception. Auditions come and go, but real parts are few and far between and Tiffany has found her bank account to be about as resilient as her ability to stay away from a Carl's Jr. Late Night Drive Thru. This girl needs a J-O-B!

Unfortunately, Tiffany's job experience is lacking. Can she file? No. Work on an oil rig? Not really. Put make-up on cadaver? Maybe. And not to mention, we all know how she handles working with other people and the general public. Lets face it, other than bitch slapping, shit talking and downing gallons of ranch dressing, Tiffany Pollard is only good at one thing... making television. So if she's going to get a job, she's going to need a different approach to employment.

That's where VH1 and 51Minds step in. Together they have proposed a plan to get Tiffany working. Over the next several weeks, New York will let America decide the jobs she will do. Each week, the viewing public will pick from a list of three possible jobs for their favorite girl and vote via text messages. Will New York have to be a Veterinarian's Assistant, a Fishing Boat First Mate, or a Sewer worker? Viewers get to choose. It's up to America to vote for which one they'd rather see. Whatever is chosen, it will for sure be amusing.

Gotti's Way

Life goes on for Irv, Deb & the kids this season as they "break the cycle" -- for Deb, that means taking the first steps towards independence and showing her kids that this is not the way a marriage is supposed to be. For Irv, the record industry, and in particular hip-hop, are in dire straits and there's no signs that it's going to change. As a result, Irv is going to shake things up by breaking a new street artist -- "Newz."

Deb ended last season saying she needed to begin taking the necessary steps to have a better life. She will begin this by seeing a therapist to better understand her situation and learn what steps are needed to begin the process of change. With a nudge from her therapist, Deb will attempt to gain more freedom by setting boundaries with Irv and making more time for herself. But as she becomes more independent, will she like this new life? Deb will be faced with the hard question -- is this new life what she wants or she happy with her and Irv's non-traditional arrangement? Deb's journey will be all about growth, understanding and independence.

Meanwhile on the work front, Irv and Murder Inc are suffering through the tough realities of the record industry with poor sales from Vanessa and the failure to release Ja's new album. As a result, Irv wants to break the cycle the record industry is in, so he has decided to switch Murder Inc's focus. Specifically, Irv has become convinced that hip-hop needs a shot in the arm, something or someone that will inject the industry w/ new blood and a new way of listening to the genre. Irv's focus will shift to his newest artist -- Newz. He's from the streets of Brooklyn and represents the tough urban look and sound Irv feels the industry needs. Irv is going to pull out all the stops to break Newz and contribute to halting the freefall of the industry.

Irv will also continue to work with his artist Lloyd, his new signing The Thunderkatz and potential new Murder Inc artist Asia -- winner of "Pussycat Dolls Present: The Search For The Next Doll."

Irv's kids, Sonny, JJ, and Angie, continue their trails and tribulations of "growing up." Even though non-traditional, they are still a family: Angie is dating and beginning to look at colleges, Sonny is becoming a talented basketball player, and JJ is still the baby in the family.

Daisy Of Love

She became known for her time on Rock of love Season 2, and now Daisy De La Hoya is back and staring in her own show.

Daisy is a knockout who has it all: Beauty, talent, fame, and a whole bunch of tattoos. When Bret Michaels handed out the final pass to Amber at the end of Rock of Love 2, he left Daisy all alone and brokenhearted. Her dreams of being a rock star's girlfriend and Bret's 'Rock of Love' were crushed.

Determined to survive Daisy moved on. She strapped on her guitar, packed all of her belongings and moved to Hollywood where she started pursuing her dream of becoming a Rock and Roll Super Star. But she was still missing the one thing she longed for: Love.

Now Vh1 and 51 Minds Entertainment are giving Daisy a fairy tale come true and the chance to find a Rocking Prince Charming in her new series. But she won't go at this alone. Former Charm School Dean, Riki Rachtman, will be her rock savvy guide throughout this journey. He will be her confidante, shoulder to cry on, and counselor to guide her when she is blinded by love.

And love is hopefully what she will find as she will have 18 hot, rockin' dudes to choose from. These guys are from all walks of life -- garage band members, meatheads, and even blonde-haired, Swedish triplets that looked like they just walked out of an 80's music video. Daisy will allow them all to move into a Hollywood Mansion and fight for her love. She will carefully weed them out one by one, and hopefully find the man ready to be her new Rock Star Boyfriend.
