Over time, the world of music has laid down paths for artists - you can either stroll down it with ease, or dare to create your own. London-natives TommyD and Jamie Scott have taken the path less traveled, free from pressures, genre, labels; just free. Their latest album, Colours, is a declaration of freedom, and nothing makes it more apparent then their first single, "Free."

I got the chance to speak with Jamie Scott, singer-songwriter for Graffiti6, at Philadelphia's World Cafe Live and get the story behind the soulful/R&B/pop/acoustic/lyrical band. Excited for their American Tour with Ximena, and 2012 tour with Augustana, Jamie weighs in on traveling, writing music, Jack Daniels and more. Listen to the whole interview here!

The guys then hit the stage and blew the crowd away. Whispers of "I love this song", "his range is unreal" surrondered me in the crowd. Hooting and hollering after each song created a comfortable atmosphere and relationship between the band and their audience. It's clear no one wanted their performance to end, Graffiti6 only gave us a taste of what is to come. The band heads north until the holidays, then returns for another round through the states.

By the way, PCM does NOT allow frequent Pop up ads, Pop under ads, or sneaky spyware. Nor do we link to sites that have excessive Pop-ups, spyware or inappropriate (all ages) material. If you find one, please let us know and they are toast!
Also, since we don't "sell out" to those Pop-up advertisers, and we're too proud (so far) to ask for donations, we'd like to proudly point out some of our carefully chosen advertisers throughout the site. They have some cool stuff that should be sitting in your room, or wrapped like a present for a friend.
Please check 'em out!
