All about Flogging Molly:

Flogging Molly is a seven-piece Irish American Celtic punk band that formed in Los Angeles, California and is currently signed to SideOneDummy Records. Their music ranges from boisterous celtic punk, like the pirate-themed "Salty Dog", "Cruel Mistress", and "Seven Deadly Sins", or the defiant "What's Left of the Flag", "Drunken Lullabies", and "Rebels of the Sacred Heart" to more sombre songs like "Far Away Boys", "The Son Never Shines (On Closed Doors)", and "Float." Lyrics typically touch on subjects such as Ireland and its history, drinking, politics, love, death, and include several references to the Roman Catholic Church.

PCM's Kristyn, Alexa, and Rebekah saw first hand that Flogging Molly still got it. As the band chugged down Guisness the crowd went wild. There isn't a moment where crowd surfing and mosh pits weren't occuring. How often do you see a well-dressed band rock out with an accordian, a violin, and a banjo? The band, which are veterans of Warped Tour, might be getting older but their fans are getting younger. PCM's Kristyn couldn't help but bust out in a jig as the band played "Drunken Lullabies." PCM's Rebekah and Alexa may not be Flogging Molly's biggest followers but couldn't help but to enjoy themselves. The general consensus in the office is that Flogging Molly ROCKS!
