Dannielynn Will Soon Find Out Who
Her Daddy Is
April 9: Reports were out last week claiming that the results
of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter's DNA test were back, but
the week came and went with no announcement. However, Dr.
Michael Baird, the DNA expert from Ohio, has cleared his
schedule and will be front and center in a Bahamian court
to authenticate his DNA findings on the 11th.
It looks like Howard K. Stern won't fight the ruling if
Larry Birkhead is confirmed as little Dannielynn's daddy.
Sources have said that: "If Larry Birkhead is confirmed
to be Dannielynn's biological father, Howard will not challenge
custody. His love for her will not change, irrespective
of the results. Howard will act in Dannielynn's best interest,
because he loves her and would want a smooth transition
to protect her, as she is deeply bonded to those who have
been with her since birth. While Howard continues to believe
and hope that he is Dannielynn's biological father, he wants
to be involved in her life, regardless of paternity. He
wants to share the memories of her mother as the person
who knew Anna best and all she wanted for Dannielynn..."
Howard, Larry, and Anna's mother Virgie Arthur will all
meet in a Bahamian court to hear the results and settle
this matter once and for all.
Anna Nicole Gets Demerol
March 2007: Dr. Maurice Levy, a Beverly Hills doctor, sent
Anna a present during her 8th month of pregnancy. Unlike
a typical gift for an expectant mother, Dr. 90210 sent a
package of Demerol, a pain-relieving narcotic.
Dr. Levy claimed that the drugs were sent to Anna's house
but that the prescription was not meant for her. (Perhaps,
they had been written for the still-developing fetus, DaniLynn?)
Dr. Levy would not respond to whom the prescriptions were
written, but he did state this: "Our relationship was
professional and not personal, I did something cosmetic,
that is all." Would Anna really get her boobs done
when she was 8 months pregnant?
Just let her R.I.P.
Updates of Anna Nicole Smith's Autopsy
March 22nd: It looks like the results of Anna
Nicole Smith's autopsy are finally going to be revealed
to the public. Although the results will not be officially
announced until Monday, a few media outlets are already
reporting the outcome. The National Enquirer and Star are
reporting that Anna Nicole Smith died of a lethal level
of a potent sleep medication. However, she also had a blood
infection that would've killed her had the sleep aid not.
She took the sleep-inducer chloral hydrate (used in date
rape drugs) on Feb 7 and then never woke up.
In other Anna news: Two handwritten private diaries written
by Anna Nicole between 1992 and 1994 were bought on eBay
for $512,500 by a businessman from Germany.
Anna Nicole Smith Autopsy Results Announced
March 2007: The results of Anna Nicole Smith's official
autopsy have been revealed, and it looks like the lethal
combination of nine drugs including Valium, Ativan, antihistamines,
chloral hydrate, and muscle relaxers are the cause of her
untimely death. Dr. Perper, the medical examiner, refutes
rumors claiming that a buttock infection, brought about
through multiple injections, was the true source of her
death.
However, although not directly causing her death, the injections
still created significant health issues for Smith. Dr. Perper
says when his team went back to examine Anna Nicole, he
found multiple injections in the left buttock and it appeared
a needle perforated something under the skin that created
an infection. It is unclear who administered the injection;
however, the needle perforated an abscess causing the infection
that led to a high fever.
Dr. Joshua Perper announced that when Anna Nicole flew to
Miami before she died, she was complaining of pain in her
left butt cheek. She had chills as she went to the Hard
Rock and developed a fever of 105 degrees, but she refused
to go to the hospital, a decision that may have proved fatal.
Despite continuing rumors of a possible suicide, sources
say Smith was recovering from her depression at the time
of her death but had not made any statements about suicide
in the weeks prior. Dr. Perper also went on to dismiss any
possibility of homicide in the case. "We did not find
any evidence that would point to homicide," he said.
"We did not find any fact ... which could raise credible
suspicion of homicide."
Dannielynn Stern Meets Larry Birkhead
March 2007: Reports are saying that the negotiations between
Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead now have nothing to do
with little Dannielynn. Just as we all suspected, Howard
K. Stern is money hungry and heartless. Howard is reportedly
willing to give up all rights and custody of the little
girl for the right price.
Specifically, sources say Stern has his eye on the Bahamian
house Anna Nicole bought and the boat she purchased just
before her death. Apparently this is not the end of Stern's
financial wish list, and he has set his sights on numerous
other possessions as well. However, under the will and the
laws of inheritance, Dannielynn is entitled to all of Anna's
assets.
Little Dannielynn Stern is just a few months old and has
already lost her brother and her mother, but over the weekend
she finally got to meet the man that very well could be
her father. Larry Birkhead, the man claiming to be the father
of Anna Nicole Smith's baby, met Dannielynn over the weekend
at Horizons in the Bahamas (Anna's former house that Howard
K. Stern is currently residing in). Birkhead and Stern are
currently in settlement negotiations, and paternity for
the infant will soon be determined.
Anna Nicole Passes Away
February 8, 2007: Anna Nicole Smith was found unresponsive
in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Seminole Hotel and Casino,
and paramedics were seen pumping her chest as she was taken
from the hotel. Local streets were closed off to rush Smith
to the hospital three miles away where she was pronounced
dead. Apparently a victim of a drug overdose, Anna leaves
behind a five-month-old daughter Dannielynn and is preceded
in death by her son Daniel, who passed away in September
of 2006 from a lethal combination of drugs.
In an interview on "Good Morning America," Anna's
mother Virgie Arthur described Anna Nicole as "wild
and crazy" and reiterated that she'd warned her daughter
to stop using drugs. Arthur added that she "really
sincerely" worries about five-month-old Dannielynn
and wants her to be with her father -- whoever that might
be. When asked about the pending paternity battle, Arthur
agreed that it would get ugly.
Anna Nicole's lawyer and "boyfriend" Howard K.
Stern was reportedly staying in the hotel room with her,
and he, along with five other individuals (including her
bodyguard and a nurse), was present at the time of her death.
Stern and Smith held a "commitment ceremony" in
the Bahamas last year, shortly after the death of her son
Daniel. According to ET's Mark Steines, who was invited
to the wedding, the two were reportedly set to legally marry
February 23rd in the Bahamas.
Steines reports, "I can tell you I had plans to come
back down here [to the Bahamas] on the 23rd of February
to attend and cover their wedding. Howard had proposed.
They came here alone when they picked up the boat. Howard
was going to pick up the ring. She wanted a 10-carat diamond
ring. She didn't care necessarily about the quality or the
clarity but she wanted it to have color and they were here
planning a future."
Larry Birkhead, the man claiming to be the father of Anna's
five-month-old daughter Dannielynn, issued this statement
about the passing of his former girlfriend:
Chance brought us together, our love couldn't keep us apart.
We loved, we laughed, we shared a connection that couldn't
be broken, regardless of the challenges. I loved her in
life and I will love her long after. Our daughter, Dannielynn
is a constant reminder of the love we shared and the life
that we desired. My heart is broken, my tears areendless.
She called me her angel, I called her my sweet potato. And
every night before we went to sleep, she made me say to
her, " GOODNIGHT MY SWEET ANNA BABY "
As if this story wasn't tragic enough, it seems that yet
another man is now claiming to be the father of Dannielynn.
Prince Frederick von Anhalt, 59, the husband of legendary
actress Zsa Zsa Gabor, 90, claims that he and Anna were
having a decade long affair. He told The Associated Press
in an interview that, "If you go back from September,
she wasn't with one of those guys, she was with me,"
He went on to say that he is prepared to file a lawsuit
if Dannielynn is turned over to Stern or Birkhead.
