Lauren Conrad launchs clothing line

The Hills star, Lauren Conrad, seems to be very excited these days! She has not only scored record audiences with her MTV reality show but is also releasing a 44 piece spring collection of her favorite fashion designs. Lauren, 21, has said she has always dreamed of making her own fashion line. She sure is a busy gal! Who knew Laguna Beach would bring her all this success way back when?

Conrad (who has littered the tabloids with stories about her vicious friendship with ex-best friend, Heidi Montag) is finally getting some good press over this fashion investment. I wonder what Heidi thinks?! Her line drops September 15 and can be found at www.shoplaurenconrad.com.

Feud with Heidi is real

August 2007 - Lauren Conrad says her on-air fights with former friend Heidi Montag are real. "I wouldn't fight for the camera," Conrad said. "If anything I would try not to."

Although the feud is still going strong, Conrad admits there are some things she misses about Montag.

"I miss her personality - because she is not the same person anymore," Conrad told Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS-FM radio show August 15. "I was best friends with her for two years, and now I feel like I don't even know the same person anymore."

Conrad added that she doubts a reconcilation a la Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie is in the future. "I mean, I don't think so, you never know though. Probably not. I can see us getting to not hating each other but I don't think we would ever go back to being best friends."

LC gears up for season three of The Hills and the claws are already out

August 2007 - LC starred in Laguna Beach for two seasons. The cameras continued to follow her when she moved to LA to become an intern at Vogue. Her new show The Hills centered around her and her best friends. Her closest friend and roommate Heidi Montag was constantly by her side. The two some took on LA, the dating scene, and heartbreaks. Towards the end of the second season Lauren and Heidi began drifting apart due to Heidi's controlling boyfriend Spencer. The last episode Heidi was seen moving into Spencer's place. Before the season has even begun numerous rumors, trash talking, and gossip has been flying. As of now it's widely known that there is a official team LC and team Heidi, an alleged sex tape with LC's exboyfriend(a possible rumor started by team Heidi), and LC's launching a clothing line. Surely the drama will only continue.
