The Nanny Diaries starring Scarlett Johansson wasn't
a very good adaptation from the book from which it was based.
I was more surprised that Johansson actually accepted the
role. Uusally, she portrays such in-depth and serious characters.
In this film, her "nanny" persona just wasn't
very believable. The movie wasn't horrible, it was cute
and a good choice if you just want to sit and not really
think. It's entertaining enough to watch all the way through
and will gaurantee you one thing; you WILL NOT ever want
to be a nanny after seeing The Nanny Diaries. |
