Live the Dream: |
|
Kelly King's first studio album, Live the Dream, is in
stores now. Kelly King is the total package: With her
powerful vocal prowess, writing abilities, dance proficiency,
and years of working as a professional session singer.
On top of being a veteran live performer, she has experience
as a professional actress and model. Kelly has just finished
recording her first studio album which was released in
July, 2007 on Ryko Records with Grammy award nominated
Producer/Arranger Charles Calello and the Emmy Award winning
and Grammy Nominated Producer/ Composer HitPlay - Joe
Hogue and Sean Petersen.
Kelly has had the privilege of working with Vince Gill,
Amy Grant, Brenda Lee, Al Green, Dolly Parton, Sylvester
Stallone, Blackhawk, Van Stevenson and many others. She
has performed at Walt Disney World, Universal Studios
Theme Park in Orlando as well as Carnival and Royal Caribbean
Cruise lines. Kelly has even performed with the Nashville
Symphony Orchestra and danced on stage with Gregory Hines
and Savion Glover at the Broadway Dance Center in New
York.
Recently, after moving to New York City, Kelly has performed
as the lead in both the hit Off-Broadway show, "Hunka
Hunka Burning Love" "Our Sinatra" and "Moses"
the musical. She has performed with the Duke Ellington
Orchestra at the legendary venue, Birdland and has been
constantly writing and recording in local recording studios
in the area.
