Benelli
Presents Duck Commander
|
This summer, Benelli takes you behind the
scenes of the Duck Commander Company as you get to meet the
first family of duck hunting, the Robertsons.
For 30 years, Phil Robertson's life has been dedicated
to the relentless pursuit of ducks. He pioneered the modern
duck call, broke new ground in hunting videos and redefined
what it means to be a duck hunter. Hidden away in the Louisiana
backwater the Duckmen have remained illusive and mysterious
for three decades.
Now, for the first time on national television, see the
men behind the duck hunting legend.
Benelli brings you into the blind, at home, and on the
road with the Robertsons as they hunt through the season
while staking their claim as the worlds greatest duck hunters.
Get ready for an exclusive look into the business, the
blinds, and the minds that comprise Duck Commander.

Beretta's
Wild and Raw
|
Two outdoor personalities compete in a high-definition
clash of styles, egos and opposing qualities. Beretta's Wild
and Raw will take the best-selling author, patriot and warrior
Marcus Luttrell, and compare and contrast his hunting skills
and techniques with multiple world shooting champion Scott
Robertson. This character-driven reality program promises
to showcase the competitive nature of both men with adrenaline-pumping
results.
Scott Robertson is Wild: God-given speed, agility and experience.
Marcus Luttrell is Raw: adrenaline junkie, physically gifted,
intense. It's strategic versus tactical, brains versus brawn,
warrior versus all-American. It's Beretta's Wild and Raw,
and it's only on Outdoor Channel.
Marcus Luttrell is a sought-after speaker and best-selling
author of Lone Survivor, the incredible true story of a
4-man Navy SEAL reconnaissance mission in the mountains
of Afghanistan. A Navy Cross recipient, Luttrell is a focused,
intense killer. Drawing from his combat experience, he wrings
every drop of adventure from each hunt and his SEAL skills
and training are apparent at every moment.
Scott Robertson is a 30-year veteran of trap and skeet
shooting with 29 years of competition experience. He's won
eight National Sporting Clay Championships and is a 19-time
all-American. He is also a 14-time selection to U.S. Shooting
team international competitions. Scott's superior senses,
reflexes and speed make him the apex predator and when outfitted
with the right Beretta equipment-he's unstoppable.
Location-wise in 2009, Luttrell and Robertson can be seen
tracking whitetails and coyotes in Nebraska, turkey and
hogs in Texas, or bagging Alaskan bears. The duo leaves
no stone unturned throughout North America to bring the
Outdoor Channel viewer the very best they have to offer
in the field.
Beretta's Wild and Raw is a reality show that highlights
the interaction and dichotomy of both Marcus and Scott's
techniques, hunts and results, with heart-stopping results.
Despite the differences in both their preparation, planning
and execution, Marcus and Scotty share a respect and kindred
spirit with each other. They're both men who share a love
of hunting, love of country and love of competition. This
July, with Marcus and Scott as your tour guides - It's on!!

On
Your Own Adventures
|
| On
Your Own Adventures is the first of its kind hunting show that
brings reality to the average hunter. No guide, no outfitters,
no high fences, all on accessible lands. As some would say,
Real Hunting.
97% of big game hunters in America are non-guided hunters.
Yet, of the 300 hunting shows on TV, none are exclusively
dedicated to the concept of the On Your Own Hunter. Some will
occasional portray a non-guided hunt, or a hunt on accessible
lands, but no shows are exclusively dedicated to this type
of hunting - hunt as it occurs for most of us.
In addition to telling the story of the On Your Own Hunter,
we provide people the knowledge necessary to hunt on their
own. Our goal is not merely to entertain, but to engage and
encourage those who dream of these hunts, but struggle with
the logistics and difficulties of doing so.
On Your Own hunting can be best demonstrated on the vast tracts
of public lands found out West. Many of our episodes are filmed
on these majestic landscapes - landscapes preserved and repopulated
with game, due to the efforts of hunters.
Only in America, do we have this unique thing called public
hunters. No other place on earth has large expanses available
for people of common means to pursue their quarry for nothing
more than the cost of a tag, and the commitment to climb the
next hill.
Conservation is an ethic, a behavior, a principle. An ethic
first planted by hunters. Before hunters became the voice
for wild places and wild animals, the game of our country
was destined to a fate of eventual extinction. Through the
efforts of hunters, mostly the non-guided hunters, a conservation
ethic grew and resulted in a wildlife recovery that is the
envy of the world. This is your story, and a story we hope
to tell.
It is our approach to bring a dose of realism to the world
of hunting television that is most unique. We seek not a destination,
rather we savor the journey. Our success is not measured by
the size of antlers or the netting of scores and inches. Our
objectives are met by a mornings in the blind, a mountain
climbed, and nights spent under the stars. Our trophies are
new friends made and challenges met.
