When the Scream franchise first hit theaters in the 1990's,
it was the cutting edge of modern horror. Now, a decade later, we
were treated to Scream 4.
Actress
Marley Shelton was part of the incredible ensemble that helped
to make Scream 4 the excellent sequel and modern update it
turned out to be. Shelton played Deputy Judy Hicks, a character
who not only worked alongside Sheriff Dewey (one of the three characters
who have survived the first trilogy) but also served as a quirky
reference to when Dewey was just getting started.
Shelton has starred in an array of projects and Scream 4
provided her the chance to show off both her comedy and more dramatic
acting skills. So when we heard that we could speak to the Deputy
herself, we jumped at the chance.
