Angel Taylor Interview

Angel Taylor's Love Travels was named Best Pop Album of 2009 by iTunes. Now, the album gets reworked in iTunes style with the release of Taylor's iTunes Sessions EP.

The digital download features seven exclusive tracks - five re-recorded songs from Taylor's debut, as well as covers of Kings of Leon's "Sex On Fire" and Justin Timberlake's "What Comes Around… Goes Around."

Taylor is climbing the charts at Adult Top 40/Hot AC radio, where her lead single "Like You Do" is a fixture in the Top 20, and has thrust into power rotation in markets across America. Media giant ClearChannel has responded in kind, making Taylor their featured artist on AAA and Hot AC radio homepages nationwide. On television, the VH1 "You Oughta Know" Artist On The Rise has found similar success, holding steady in the Top 5 on the VH1 Top 20 Countdown.

Added to that, Angel is no stranger to the road, as she has spent the past year and a half touring with acts including Grammy Award Winner Adele, Gavin DeGraw, Mat Kearny, Ingrid Michaelson, Five For Fighting, Brett Dennen, Kate Voegele, Brandi Carlile, and most recently the Barenaked Ladies, Kris Allen, and Ben Kweller.

Taylor's Love Travels is one of the year's most infectious albums, combining the critically-acclaimed singer-songwriter's penchant for storytelling with sugary-sweet pop anthems.
