(October 2, 2008) - PCM's television editor Erin Reynolds spoke to TV actor and comedian Frank Caliendo. He stars in his own TBS show, Frank TV. Caliendo has a handful of DVDs and albums that he's recorded that we'd love for our PCM readers to check out! Check out a preview of his stand-up below.

E: Hi Frank, thanks for taking the time to talk to us! For the upcoming season, what and who can we look forward to seeing?

F: Well, we've got two brand new guys, two new actors. Freddy Lockhart and Mike Macrae, Freddie's been doing a lot Obama, Samuel L. Jackson and Morgan Freeman skits. Macrae does a lot of Harrison Ford, Rip Torn and Mel Gibson. I'm doing some John McCain things and James Gandolfini sketches. I used to do a lot of him years ago and not so much anymore. But we've got some pretty funny sketches there. We do weird sketches like Star Wars type stuff which turned out fun and different. I wanted to do new things like Galdolfini and Star Wars for the new episodes which we haven't done as much before. I've been doing more George Bush sketches, used to do them all the time. There's just lots of different little bits coming out and I'm always thinking of more stuff. Is that a good answer for you? (laughs)

E: Yes, that was perfect! Do you have a favorite person to impersonate?

F: Charles Barkley is fun. {mocks Barkley} "I can say whatever I want and not get in trouble, knucklehead." (laughs) To me, people love seeing me do George Bush, too. I like seeing people react that way. I like weird ones though too, like Jeff Goldblum or something. Everybody does Jack Nicholson, I like figuring out different impersonations to do.

E: Thanks so much, can't wait to see the show!
