Interview with Nassiri
 

(September 2008) - PCM's writer Kristyn Clarke spoke to international singer-songwriter and philanthropist, Nassiri. His songs are an eclectic mix of melodies, which transcend all ages, genders and religions to bring love, peace, hope and unity to the world.

Nassiri's title track and debut album, entitled "Loves Sees No Color," is an original compilation that speaks musically, lyrically and spiritually to the common bonds of the races of the earth. Love, hope and unity are the recurring themes of the songs that resonate with the instruments and rhythms of countless cultures and musical genres.

He spoke to Kristyn about his message, the huge effort it took to film a impressive music video, and much more. Look out for his upcoming documentary that captures the obstacles, the fights and the drama that a crew of 90 professionals experienced during the filming of Nassiri's anthem song: Love Sees No Color!

The crew on his music video was the first to film on the historical grounds of the Taj Mahal, the first to film within the Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem, inside the Vatican, and the first to film at the Statue of Liberty since September 11, 2001. Other filming locations included the ancient city of Persepolis, Osaka Castle in Japan, One Arm Point in Australia, the Great Wall of China, the Pyramids and Great Sphinx in Egypt, and Unification Park in South Korea.
